Yera supports performance improvement and non-labor cost reduction engagements for healthcare organizations. Yera assists the team by using problem-solving skills and analytical tools to provide value to the clients. She joined Pathstone for the opportunity to work with hospitals with the intention of bettering patient outcomes.
Yera attended Michigan State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics. Yera has spent time volunteering with Ronald McDonald House Charities which invoked her passion for improving healthcare quality. She is from Rochester, Michigan and enjoys trying new restaurants, travelling, and reading.
